"We had a couple bad experiences with our prior irrigation company and decided to look at alternatives. We are very happy to have found Bio Turf NC. We have a large and complex system with 18 zones and needed about a dozen heads replaced and a leak repaired. It took a while to get on the schedule as these types of services seem to be in high demand and we were not a maintenance customer. But they came out exactly on time and made all the necessary repairs carefully and professionally. Their rates were reasonable and fair as well. A few of the "broken" heads other company wanted to replace were either dirty/clogged or actually turned off. Now we will sign up with them for maintenance and our future irrigation needs. It's a shame some companies try to gouge to make more money one time rather than treating customers fairly and having a lifetime customer!"
